About me
Hi there!
To give you some details about myself first:
My name is Martin Bileck, born in 1990 and currently living in Hollabrunn, Austria. (Lower Austria)
I really love travelling a lot and exploring new places and cultures. Till now I have visited more than 50 countries worldwide and hopefully more will follow soon.
Besides my open minded attidude and the ambition to meet new people and make friends, I am a native and focused person and always trying to act very advised.
Two years ago I passed my skydiving exam - so if there is some time left I am jumping out of a small air plane, a Cessna 182 in most cases, from 4000 meters with my parachute.
Work experience
I started my career at Update Software AG, a medium sized software company in Vienna, back in 2012. As a Junior Process Developer I was responsible to align and implement industry-sector-specific business processes with product management and customers.
After 3 years of a very technical daily work life I got the opportunity to move a step forward and start working with Roche Austria GmbH as a CRM Specialist and later move further to a CRM Manager. One of my first big projects was to implement a new CRM system called UniteCRM which was based on Salesforce.com platform. In my stakeholder role I also was responsible for all CRM related activities in Austria and build the bridge between business and IT.
Since 2018 I am working as a Global CRM Coordinator at the headquarter of the Voestalpine High Performance Metals GmbH division. I am leading CRM rollout projects for subsidiaries worldwide to ensure the successful implementation of our global CRM strategies. Collaboration with external partners, resource planning and ensure fulfillment of project goals were also tasks in my daily work.
Togehter with one of my best friends, we started developing a social & travel app called Faybr. It's already available as iOS and Android app in the Apple AppStore & Google PlayStore. With Faybr we combine both, our passion for travelling and technical know how.
In the last couple of years I worked togehter with Austria Airlines AG and Austrian Tele Sales Service in Linz on different IT projects. Looking forward to future web development / web design projects!
